Now that we know the name of Wogger's girlfriend, click the text, touch the handle and the fence opens.

Click on the lever and the rock breaks apart.

As Wogger can't reach the rope, get the rock on which he stood
and place it below the rope. Click the rope.

 Now click Wogger, he jumps onto the ledge, walks on a bit,
climbs down and goes to the left.

Here he grabs the rope, swings onto the rock and rests a bit.
Then he continues to climb up.
