Wogger wants to look for the next crystal, but the monster won't let him.

Lift the big rock - you can see a blue crystal. Since you cannot get it without some tools, go to the barrel and paddle back.

Go downwards, take the board... and you will automatically get to the monster.

Now take the board and push the monster backwards.

Take the board again, jam it behind the rock and use it as a lever.

That way Wogger can get the second blue crystal!
